Update: We have identified some options to restore service that we are working to execute currently. Currently, 5 separate sites are down due to this main tower site's damage. We will continue working to restore service as safely and quickly as possible. Thank you.

Outage Alert: Due to damage at a main tower site in the PF/LL/S Spokane area, there is a current outage affecting that site and the sites it feeds. We have turned focus for as many staff as possible to focus on repairing this outage. As we learn more we'll share here.

Due to an Avista outage in the Spokane area, we have a number of outages in the affected area. Avista plans for a 4:30 ETR we'll have a technician on site within the next hour to activate alternate power sources. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Long Lake subscribers may experience slow speeds today as our primary link's signal had degraded and we've failed over to our backup link. Techs will be in site first thing tomorrow to restore connectivity over the primary link. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you!

We will have an emergency outage window starting at 11:59pm tonight and ending at 2:00am tomorrow 8/6 in the Spokane Valley/Liberty Lake area. This will be to install equipment for automatic failover to a secondary power source at our main relay point for these sites. Thank you!

We have technicians en route to diagnose the outage at our site that feeds the Tum Tum area. We anticipate the outage to be resolved by 10 AM.

Avista has reported a power outage in the Medical Lake area which is affecting our tower site in that area. The current ETR from Avista is 3:30 PM. Thank you for your patience in this matter!

UPDATE: The fiber provider has indicated there is a cut on the fiber running between network sites. It will be about 3 hours before they are able to begin repairs on the fiber. We apologize for the disruption and are seeking a secondary connection between these sites. Thank you.

We are currently triaging what appears to be a fiber provider outage in our North Idaho network. We are working with the provider to restore connectivity, but we do not have an ETR at this time. Thank you.
