Regular exercise is one of the most effective supportive measures in cancer treatment. Studies show that it reduces fatigue, improves the immune system, strengthens muscle power and can lower the risk of relapse in some types of cancer.

For a long time, rest was considered the standard approach – but evidence-based medicine knows better: controlled exercise is safe, effective and supports long-term recovery.
