Imran Khan is not only a most popular political leader & former Prime Minister of the country, he is a National Hero.
A living legend !

A man because of whom thousands and millions of Pakistanis including small children got cured from a monstrous disease like cancer free of the cost, is pleading about his own health now.
What a shame !

If the news about Khan Sahb’s health issues are real the government needs to take them seriously and give access to Khan Sahb’s trusted doctors like Dr Asim Yousaf & Dr Faisal Sultan to visit him and check his health condition.

They are purely professional people and non political. They only talk about his health, nothing less nothing more.
No politics.
So there shall be no problem in allowing Imran Khan’s personal doctors to visit the great man.

The confusions and rumours will be cleared & people will have a sigh of relief.

The real issue in Pakistan remains the continued illegal incarceration of @ImranKhanPTI and numerous PTI leaders.

Before anything else, let’s put one claim to rest.

They repeatedly say that Imran Khan never wanted dialogue.

The attached video from June 2023 speaks for itself.

Now let me put the rest in black and white.

In my view, three forces came together to bring Pakistan to where it is today.

Firstly, foreign powers that neither wanted nor want to see Pakistan prosper, and that viewed Imran Khan’s popularity as a challenge to their interests.

Secondly, domestic power centres that feared losing the control they have exercised over Pakistan for decades.

Thirdly, corrupt political actors who feared an awakened public that had begun asking difficult questions and demanding accountability.

The latter two could not have been achieved without the first.

They have continuously sacrificed Pakistan’s national interest in order to keep Imran Khan behind bars and protect the positions of power they have acquired and continue to hold.

I was personally witness to the assurances that were conveyed to him.

I am also witness to every one of those assurances being broken.

And let me end with this.

As long as Imran Khan remains behind bars, no one will trust the judicial system of this country.

That is the reality those in power have created.

And no amount of propaganda will change it.

Another bombshell: "The system has failed."

No. The system hasn't failed. The people who hijacked it have failed the system. Have destroyed it.

A parliamentary democracy stands on one foundation: the people's mandate. That's why we hold elections. When elections are rigged and the mandate is stolen, those without public legitimacy inevitably drive the country down the abyss.

Imprisoning @ImranKhanPTI, the leader millions trust and replacing the people's choice with a corrupt, fascist, elite rule is not a failure of the system. It is the subversion of the system.

Pakistan's parliamentary system has not failed. It has been repeatedly undermined by the establishment since 1977, denying the people the right to let their chosen representatives govern.

People of Pakistan: Don't be distracted by this debate. It is political chaff, designed to divert attention from the real issues: the destruction of the economy, the erosion of constitutional rule, political repression, killings and the imprisonment of thousands whose only "crime" was demanding that their vote be respected.

Our demands are clear:

• Restore the Constitution.
• Repeal the 26th and 27th Constitutional Amendments.
• #ReleaseImranKhan
• Hold Free and fair elections now, with EVMs, we trust neither you, the ECP nor a manual ballot.

Usurpers, looters, killers, stop blaming the system. Accept that you have destroyed it.
Forget our dignified people, even the "cockroaches" are coming for you now.
