@tapairportugal 4/ Manager on site refused to speak to us but approved the charge for both bags.When we asked for receipts of the 160€, they said these will be sent by mail & they do not know when. We were never asked any email details. I do NOT recommend this airline at all.
@tapairportugal 3/ We take photos of them & they then insist we’ve broken rules & now need to pay for both bags regardless of size or remain because we took their photos. They took our phones & deleted photos. We can’t take their photos or get their names as this is illegal.

1/@tapairportugal absolutely outraged by treatment by staff at Orly airport. Got our bags checked into their bag checker. Male colleague says it fit. Female colleague comes up and says (in French thinking we can’t understand) they can’t fit. They’ll charge us 80€/bag.
