@MarekFanatyk @PawelMucha91 Ja tam bardziej uważam, że to kwestia tego, że takie nieruchomości można skredytować nadal najtańszym pieniądzem na rynku. Żeby kupić nieruchomości za 2 miliony trzeba mieć 400k w gotówce co daje mniejszy ale stabilny zysk. Nikt nie bierze 2m kredytu żeby je wrzucić na giełde.
