when you see poikois gaming for 16h straight and figuring P3 mostly in advance of everyone else...
Even if they don't get world first they do deserve a lot of recognition, these players are incredible
Took a break from UMAD and watched my homies prog forsaken and they were doing nothing but saying kefka lines as doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb

@abelasabel Always. It is always worth it to start.
FFXIV is not a gacha game. There is no daily login requirement, no FOMO mechanics (except maybe for housing and seasonal cosmetics), and endgame catchup doesn't take too long.
It's the journey that's worth it, so don't rush.
Dude the fact that the World First tracker hasn't budged since the racers hit P3 of UMAD is crazy to me. Like I haven't seen a struggle like this since the Lahabrea and Haurchefant mechanics. It's got me locked the heck in.
Saori Hayami is just built different. If she brings even a TENTH of this crashout into Evercold as Halmarut, I swear Evercold will be up there with ShB/EW

Mine was actually Impaktita starring Jean Garcia. I really didn’t know about Scream until they started showing ads on MTV, and I didn’t know about Halloween until I moved to the US.
But I was a kid in the PH, so my experience isn’t universal.

• returns to the Isle of Man and dominates the 125cc and 250cc classes
• decides to build cars; Japanese Government (MITI) bans him
• "Japan doesn't need another car company. Stick to motorcycles."
• sends the government a furious letter: "I will do it anyway."

• humiliates the biggest car companies on earth with a fraction of their budget
• dies as the "Henry Ford of Japan"
