Across #Uttarakhand, millions of locals are anguished, anxious & angry due to countless wasted hours due to endless traffic jams. Perpetual hot spots like Kainchi Dham, Kwarab, Nainital, Mussoorie, Rishikesh & many other spots are testing their patience. I have always held the view that additional roads, tunnels, bridges, highways are not the answers for these man made woes. Ultimately, all hill towns & locations have limited bandwidth & we can't keep on loading more & even more tourists here. I know it's really tough in a country like ours but the only solution lies in regulation & imposition of carrying capacity curbs. There is no other way you can solve this.

Some were arguing, the PM can't lead by example because he is the PM and can't reduce his Security convoy.

Lets get this straight, we are not asking him to slash his Security at all. Safety of the PM is non-negotiable.

What we are asking is for him to stop unnecessary travel that inconveniences citizens and wastes fuel.
Right after appealing to Indians to act responsibly, he went on roadshows in Gujarat, blocking roads, shutting down the airport, causing inconvenience to citizens, wastage of fuel and all this for Political Optics.

A leader does NOT have to be everywhere. Someone else could represent him without massive convoys or public disruption for inaugurations and event celebrations.
And Roadshow was completely unnecessary gimmick.

If citizens are expected to make sacrifices, these are the sacrifices the PM should make.

Leadership is not just about speeches; your actions should match your message.
Fuel wasted, roads blocked, citizens inconvenienced, that is NOT leading by example.

कारण साफ है- पेपर लीक के इस गोरखधंधे में BJP सरकार खुद ही साझेदार है, जिसका खामियाजा देश के मेहनती छात्रों को चुकाना पड़ रहा है।
