Yesterday, I had an online conversation with @karimkhanqc. I appealed to the Office of the Prosecutor of the @IntlCrimCourt to investigate yesterday's ruthless attack on Kyiv and other peaceful Ukrainian cities. The attack is not just a war crime against Ukrainian civilians. It is a crime against humanity.
Four children and 23 adults were killed, and 117 people were injured in Kyiv City alone. Overall, 38 people were killed and 190 wounded in Ukraine as a result of yesterday's missile attacks. My sincere condolences to all the families and relatives.
These are not just numbers. These are the lives of our friends, neighbors, and loved ones. Each name is a story, dreams, and goals that will never come to life.
All materials and evidence that our investigators and prosecutors are currently collecting on each of these episodes will be transferred to the #ICC.
There is nothing that can bring back those we have lost, but we must unite our efforts in our quest for justice to ensure that the Kremlin's terrorist regime does not go unpunished.
