We have been out for our daily walks by the river. It's been beautiful.
We can't really avoid styles and gates etc. We either use elbows or gloved hand to open them. Can we all do that?? Saw loads and loads of naked hands on the gates today.

A daffodil is the national flower of Wales. There are at least 25 different species & up to 23,000 hybrids. They are the official 10th wedding anniversary flower. Their sap is often poisonous to other plants. Soak them for 24hrs before mixing in a vase with other 🌺

Doing 20 minutes of cleaning around the house is equivalent to burning 62 calories for the average teenager. A 2 finger KitKat is approx 102 calories. The cleaning industry in the UK employs approx 700,000. 17% in London and 18% into SE. It contributes £25bn to the economy.
