This is unfortunate; the Codex team is getting away with a reset.

We don't want a reset, we want a permanent solution and a complete transparency of what happened in the last 10 days that led to an increase of token consumption by up to 20x.

It's like applying a temp patch on the wall with a hole that will eventually come out and crack up again.

Expected a more clear answer and higher transparency.

Every single user is complaining about their usage issue, so calling it 'hasn't shown users being impacted at large' is wrong on so many levels.

Disappointed as a customer.

@thsottiaux codex has become really unusable. The 5 hour limit is exhausted in one (slow!) agent session of 30 mins. While I can run 3 parallel Claude code sessions for 3-4 hours without running into the limit. If it stays like this, I will sadly completely move to Claude.

"In Gaza, Israeli forces have killed almost 1,000 Palestinians since the ceasefire was announced last October, the vast majority civilians. The Israeli authorities are pushing Palestinians into an ever-shrinking portion of the territory and imposing restrictions on lifesaving aid.
On the West Bank, Israeli security forces and settlers are accelerating the destruction of communities and the annexation of territory. So far this year, they have killed 57 people, injured nearly 1,300, detained hundreds, and issued 23 land confiscation orders.
Meanwhile, since the ceasefire, we have recorded at least 82 reported killings of Palestinians by Hamas.
Some senior Israeli officials have spoken publicly of the removal of all Palestinians from Gaza, and of ending any possibility of a viable Palestinian state. All of this is totally illegal.
