Frequently it turns out the next train isn’t stopping at all the intermediate stns & Gfd staff unaware

@SW_Help Thx. My issue wasn’t with the delays, but the miscommunication around them, the lack of coordinated comms between staff and the fact SWR left passengers for many intermediate stops on the Portsmouth line stranded, who with better info could have made other arrangements sooner.

@SW_Help you really need to sort your communications out. You’ve chucked half the passengers off the delayed 15.30 which is now running fast to Havant, telling them the train behind will go to all the intermediate stations. Except it doesn’t.

@SW_Help I was trying to get to Farncombe. Other people to Milford. The guard told us the next train at Guildford would stop at all intermediate stops that the 15.30 to Portsmouth was supposed to. It didn’t. So I had to buy an extra ticket to Godalming and walk, making me even later.
