Ans 3F -Copyright limitations & exceptions need to be dealt with as a Treaty so that they don't differ country to country. This will remove hindrances for cooperation across borders. @IFLA has done lots of work on this since it appeared on @WIPO's agenda.

Ans 3E -The Marrakesh Treaty allows #Libraries & other Institutions to make accessible format copies for the visually disabled, blind or print disabled persons, exchange such materials internationally without authorisation from the creator. #WIPOAfricaSeminar @IFLA @EIFLnet @WIPO

Ans 3D -Treaties are far better than bilateral agreements. They enable uniform laws/ agreements across borders thus fast tracking International action. The Marrakesh Treaty is a good example of how Treaties facilitate access to information @IFLA @WIPO @EIFLnet #WIPOAfricaSeminar
