For the £4.5bn you announced for cycle paths we could fund the entire upgrade program for Challenger 2 to Challenger 3 main battle tanks, buy a new rifle for every member of our armed forces under project Grayburn and have enough left over for 3 Type 45's for the Royal Navy. My question is this, How will you be deploying cycle paths to defend our country?
