🚨 Une nouvelle arnaque au PV vient d'arriver, et cette fois elle n'est pas dans tes SMS.

Elle est dans ta boîte aux lettres. Sur du papier.

Des cas viennent d'être signalés dans le Pas-de-Calais et en Loire-Atlantique. Tu reçois un avis de contravention qui a l'air parfaitement normal, et surtout qui affiche ton nom, ton prénom, ton adresse ET ta plaque d'immatriculation. C'est exactement ce qui fait tomber les gens : on se méfie d'un SMS, on ne se méfie pas d'un courrier.

Les deux détails qui trahissent le faux, et ils sont imparables :

1. On te demande de payer par QR code.
2. Ou par virement bancaire.

L'administration ne fait JAMAIS payer une amende comme ça. Ni par QR code, ni par virement. Si tu vois l'un des deux, c'est faux, point.

Troisième repère : relis la faute reprochée et le lieu. Dans la plupart des cas signalés, l'infraction n'a aucun sens, tu n'es jamais allé là-bas.

Et pour en avoir le cœur net en 30 secondes : va sur le site de l'ANTAI, rubrique "Consulter votre dossier d'infraction", tape le numéro de l'avis que tu as reçu. S'il n'existe pas, tu as ta réponse.

Fais tourner, surtout autour de toi chez les gens qui paient sans discuter dès qu'ils voient un logo officiel.
