Since arriving here we have been told we can’t check in and have to wait 9 hours at the airport till our flight. Jet 2 at Manchester have informed us there was no communication and we could not receive any vouchers

Shocking customer service from @jet2tweets Leeds and Manchester airport. Having arrived at Leeds airport at 4:45am this morning we were made to wait for over an hour and half in a queue to be told the plane had changed and there was no longer space for our family.

No apology just alternative flights offered tonight in Manchester, with a promise of food vouchers once we arrived at Manchester
