@iiNet I signed up to your satellite NBN being assured the plan would cover my family's data needs. 6 days into the plan and we have no data (we aren't large consumers of data). Now I must find another provider as iiNet's pathetic plan is all you offer.
@iiNet I am just on the phone to your billing department. I have been mislead and overcharged by iiNet after being a customer for over 9 years. I am so disappointed with your service.
