@johnnyddavidson So, he’s admitted to tapping a player up in public now and someone else are touchy about him illegally tapping a player up? He’s made himself look daft.
@SimonH3DT@Bestinclas87519@TheiPaperSport Gimps resorting to insults, with arguments so strong as to “should have sold more seats”. I agree Simon, go for a lay down, give your brain a rest.
@Bestinclas87519@SimonH3DT@TheiPaperSport It quite literally isn’t. You’re essentially saying that Swinton should “try a bit harder” as to why they haven’t won the Challenge Cup in decades.
@Bestinclas87519@SimonH3DT@TheiPaperSport You’re arguing my point, their levels of income through sponsorship and tickets will be entirely different to Toulouse’s, which you’ve come round to agreeing on. Well done. Half funding will kill any club. It’s the rugby league way in the UK.
@BrianDavies12@johnnyddavidson Most games are pretty awful. Handling errors are rife this year. Another symptom of 1m mile an hour rugby. Last night was abysmal, Saints last week were disgraceful.
@Bestinclas87519@SimonH3DT@TheiPaperSport Both don’t have the same money, do they? They’re two entirely different clubs with entirely different levels of income, their funding may have been the same but that’s where the similarities end.
@PatricRidge@DuggyStand@johnnyddavidson Sought legal advice and gone through the process with the RFL regarding a club fragrantly lying about a bid being placed. Statement released once that had happened. Wakefield have tried to publicly unsettle a player and haven’t placed a bid. Saints have every right to complain.
@SimonH3DT@TheiPaperSport@johnnyddavidson Do you not think costs will rise significantly from a part-time league to a full-time league? It’s a mess that even Stevie Wonder could see happening.
@loverugbyleague Give teams 50% funding and they’ll be crap, it’s blindingly obvious. Promote more teams when many teams you have don’t have functional pathways and you’ll need the dross from bush footy to pad out teams. It was poorly thought out and like all things RL, poorly executed.
