@TamaraKaye2 I'm so sorry you have to do this on your own. Just did the same thing in November. I'm 64 with severe arthritis. It was difficult, I cried myself to sleep many nights. But it does get better and you will get to a day where you don't cry and you start to breathe again. Best wishes

@shelbieeanne I want to be your patient! I truly dislike the short appointments. I really dislike the cost, I was billed over $300 for a 5 minute appointment by my psychiatrist to confirm refills. My new primary care physician charged over $300 for a 10 minute "get to know you" chat!

@CheriJacobus My mom would go out with curlers in her hair. She did it on family vacations and my niece and I would draw tiny bugs and tear them out to put in the curlers. We were very stealthy!
