I'd say I was treated quite badly in some instances, by family and in the work place. I don't and have never tried to make others feel bad for having it, everyone had their reasons

@SamaHoole If the land is owned, you can borrow against it rather than sell. I thought this was the plan from the government, too much land sitting debt free, not earning anyone any interest, so now when it's 'inherited' loans will be needed to afford to keep it

A quick Google shows reliable records only go back to the 1800s, so I'm not sure where you get your numbers, Also, it was the hottest June day (apparently), not the hottest day ever

Ruben's was probably saved by track safety measures (tyre's) and Aryton and Roland were killed by a lack of them
