Just helped a young guy in my society file his taxes. He is salaried in a tech job & filed ITR-2.

Approx Numbers
Total taxable income = ₹22,17,000
Tax paid = ₹2,66,000

So his income tax rate is only 12% in the New Tax Regime.

Tax cuts by govt seem really decent. For an income that high, income tax rate in India is actually good.

I am disturbed because every protest in India seems to have the same script.

1. Abuse Lord Ram.

2. Abuse Bharat Mata.

3. Abuse PM Modi.

4. Abuse PM Modi’s late mother.

5. Abuse Brahmins.

6. Abuse Hindutva.

No discussion.

No solutions.

Only slogans, abuse, and chaos.

The opposition seems to be living under the illusion that one day they will be able to create a Nepal-like situation in India.

No trade deal with the US has even been signed yet, but some farmers are already ready to block Delhi.

This is becoming a circus.

How can a nation progress when so many people are willing to protest first and verify facts later?

It is extremely difficult to dislodge TMC from Bengal.

Bengal had 27% Muslims in 2011, now it may be anywhere between 32–35%. They all vote for TMC. Imagine going into a fight where you need 51% to win, and 32–35% is already in your kitty.

The remaining 65–68% are divided. Some vote for TMC for its socialist policies, some out of fear of repercussions if they don’t, some belong to a self-proclaimed intellectual class whose sole identity is hating BJP, and some older voters remain loyal to the communists, effectively splitting the vote.

So, BJP winning Bengal would be nothing short of a miracle. I hope it happens.

@MoPNG_eSeva Update - Today i have received the cylinder . For agency just 1 thing rather than saying they don't have any supply could have mentioned that its 12-15 days lag so no customer need to panick and look for escalation.

@ANI Nice try. When you introduced E20 and made it compulsory. So we are buying only 80% fuel at 100% of the cost. So that time no cost reduction was done and all gains were absorbed. If rate is increased now you have no rights to tell you are absorbing the cost.
