This company refuses to give the service they had promised and also doesn't provide refund. It's like a mafia and they continue to do this to people. Nobody is helping us. Please help.

@Raiyan16418990 @DelhiPolice Yes i understand, please file your complaint on consumer helpline and as soon as possible in consumer court as well. If sooner or later you want your money back. Not sure why authorities are not taking any actions against them. They are still victimising people with same lies.

@Raiyan16418990 @DelhiPolice It's all a bluff and a serious flaw. On their website it says refundable within 1 week of your first holiday. They are doing this to everyone.on their sales pitch they say full refund can be availed. Just say bye bye to your money once you take a package.
