Hunt for the Red Kontayner... (29B6 OTH Radar...)
A thread...🧶1/
On 17th Apr, 2024, one-way attack drones 🇺🇦 struck a russian 🇷🇺 military radar facility, the 29B6 Over-the-Horizon (OTH) radar, receiver site to be exact.
After the strike, claims were made that it would be extremely hard for russia to repair the damage and return to fully mission capable status.
Some of the reasoning behind these claims were that the company producing the radar did not exist anymore, and knowledgeable personnel had moved along.
So, I got intrigued what happened to Kontayner? What is the current status?

DESTROYED: Update on yesterday's AFU OWUAV strike on the "Konteyner" 29B6 OTHR (Over-The-Horizon Radar) in Mordovia, Mordor
«Regarding yesterday's attack on the "Konteynor" over-the-horizon radar located in Mordovia, they (katsaps) whine loudly that the attack was successful and now the station is disabled.
This is the only over-the-horizon tracking radar of its kind, which allowed detecting aerodynamic targets (according to propaganda) at a distance of up to 3,000 km. The loss of this radar will deprive Katsap of intelligence information and the possibility of early detection of tactical strike aircraft.
The factory where the "Container" was produced is already practically closed, and the long-range radar development institute has ceased to exist. This radar was developed over a period of ~ 5 years, and it took ~ 10-15 years to put it into service.» -- ZSU War News

Rahat on loppu. Säästetään syöpälääkkeistä. On niin paljon tärkeämpiä kohteita, joihin ei tule koskea, koska #huuto.
Tätä on tulossa lisää. Tuhlaamisen alttarille uhrataan ihmiset, jotka eivät itse pysty kustantamaan kalliimpaa hoitoa.
(Virallinen syy oli joku muu, luin kyllä.)

The IOC has banned not the Ukrainian athlete, but its own reputation. Future generations will recall this as a moment of shame.
He simply wanted to commemorate fellow athletes killed in war. There is nothing wrong with that under any rules or ethics.
The IOC intimidated, disrespected, and even lectured our athlete and other Ukrainians on how they should keep quiet about “one of 130 conflicts in the world”.
The IOC has also systemically failed to confront the greatest abuser of international sports and the Olympic Charter — Russia.
A country that started three invasions during the Olympic Truce in the past three decades, implemented the largest state-funded doping program, killed 650 Ukrainian athletes and coaches, and damaged 800 sports facilities in Ukraine.
These are Russians who must be banned, not the commemoration of their victims. None of them are “neutral”.
If the Olympic Creed says that “the most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part”, then @iocmedia betrayed it completely by preventing @heraskevych from taking part and betrayed 650 Ukrainian athletes and coaches killed by Russia.
We are proud to have Vladyslav who has not betrayed them. Thank you for your principles and bravery.

@chrisschmitz If that was the case, from where would they operate then, since KSA has prohibited the use of its air bases for operations against Iran…?
The first operational MQ-25A Stingray™ for the @USNavy has successfully completed its first taxi test.
At the push of a button from Air Vehicle Pilots the Stingray autonomously taxied and executed a series of maneuvers to validate its functionality.
