@Airtel_Presence
Broadband down since 12:35 PM. Case ID 11024588485 marked assigned but no fix till now.
4 Airtel connections in our building are affected. Engineers came, argued among themselves, denied ownership, and left without fixing anything.
@Airtel_Presence Hi Bhawan,
Thanks for the response, but this is still a generic update and does not address the issue.
Please share the following details clearly for Case ID 11024588485:
1.Who is the engineer currently assigned (name or ID)
@Airtel_Presence Engineers have already visited the premises, disagreed among themselves, and left without fixing any connection.
Also, please explain why the support team is unable to contact on-site engineers or reassign the case when service is clearly stalled.
We need ownership and timelines,
@Airtel_Presence 2.Whether the case has been reassigned, since the earlier engineer denied ownership
3.Exact restoration ETA (date and time)
This outage is impacting four Airtel broadband connections in the same building, not just mine.

In this blog post, I recap how we must seek the second story when we evaluate "human error" in the systems we support. Learning from failure is how we grow, and to minimize this form of education limits our organization's potential. https://t.co/boMhXA3xLA
