Founder here! Totally fair question. The benefit isn’t just pulling forward instead of up. It removes the vacuum seal, reduces lifting distance, eliminates torn bags that happen with traditional cans. The difference is significant.

The front-opening design also required redesigning the entire internal architecture and load-bearing subsystems. And we durability-tested it to the equivalent of 10 years 💪.
