@racingblogger You love a casino, makes good viewing, but late night, night out does not exist! Enjoy, from a not so interesting cloudy England 🫡

[James @pullinger_james]

@fundmyfund Tell me why Europe isn’t bouncing with the US. I think this is a bull trap $spx $nq $qqq

[James @pullinger_james]

@EduardoHagn You’re not helpful!

[James @pullinger_james]

@kiantrades Fully expecting an impending sell off, tombstone doji, or Monday sell off. Impressive dead cat bounce but the risks are still weighted to the downside. $qqq capex is like a buy now pay later Ponzi scheme! This market activity is not sustainable, acting like a bloody small cap.

[James @pullinger_james]

@UKLabour You clearly don’t get it!

[James @pullinger_james]

@elonmusk So far Ai is allowing me to work smarter, faster, let’s hope abundance follows. Nothing is free!

A working family now needs £71k just to match the income of a jobless 3-child household.

This morning Starmer will claim he’ll cut welfare, but EVERYONE knows he hiked taxes to record levels to fund a bloated welfare state. Spare us. He rewards dependency, not work. Don’t believe a word he says.

[EPL Bible @EPLBible]

Arsenal fans believe Michael Oliver hates them and is biased towards Man City… 🤨 https://t.co/0kDAY6VTzl

[James @pullinger_james]

@PolitlcsUK Starmer can never take ownership/accountability. Reminds me of my dog eating my homework, at 9 years old!

SKY NEWS are very hostile with their question.
I'm loving it that NIGEL has an audience behind him.
Imagine if BBC Question Time was more reflective of the actual national polling with their audience count.

#HAMA

Wow! Nicola Horlick. 💥

When you build big companies, you secure the services of big exceptional well known individuals. Nick and team are not messing about here and are creating something very "different" and game changing imo.

News flow still to come with additional advisory appointments, plus take your pick:

✅ Dual listing
✅ Capital raises to purchase more BTC
✅ September shareholder meeting to launch new treasury strategy
✅ Updates on gold drilling program

Plus who knows what else they have up their sleeve?

#BTC #treasurymanagement

[Reddit Investor @RedditDeluxe]

I’ve just listened to the #HAMA interview a third time and it’s categorically clear that Zak asked Nick, “ASIDE FROM #BITCOIN & #GOLD, if in the future other digital assets beyond Bitcoin were profitable would they consider it?”

Aside from their primary play: Bitcoin and gold, Nick very wisely stated that in an ever changing landscape of digital assets the company would remain agile and versatile in their approach. This approach would also be influenced by what major institutional investors were looking for in terms of investment direction and risk profiling.

Bitcoin and Gold is the company strategy as per all RNS’s. Nick Thurlow is a seasoned treasury professional so is of course going to be constantly looking to make @GoldHamak as successful as possible. Panic over.

[Reddit Investor @RedditDeluxe]

A positive day today at #HAMA @GoldHamak

• First BTC purchase
• Initiating the BTC strategy & showing firm “intent”.
• Partnering with crypto exchange @ArchaxEx & gaining “institutional integrity”.
• Gold JV partner announcement TBA
• Nick Thurlow was reported to have been in Investor Meetings for the past 2 days
• Two advisory appointments TBA
• New 52 week highs hit ⬆️

And the next big raise looks to be imminent (you wouldn’t expend most of your cash without something big waiting in the wings in my opinion)

[Jasper13 @Jasper13_01]

#HAMA last chance to buy at these prices.

News flow very likely next week. What will it be?

> Appointment of 2 other advisory board members
> BTC Treasury set up
> First BTC purchase
> Date for September Investor meeting
> Director buys
> Or something completely left field, that might just take the market by surprise 😉😉😉

Remember the words in RNS - "DIFFERENTIATE"

Hold tight could get very interesting.

As always, I want to make it clear I am not on X to tell people who, when to invest in any single stock, or when to exit. I’m only here to share my own story.

What’s being overlooked in all of these near-day zero moments is market sentiment that intangible but powerful mix of animal spirits and optimism.

Coinsilium $COIN.AQ $CINGF is currently valued at around a £64m market cap, but just a few weeks ago it peaked close to £300m and held above £100m for a respectable length of time. The market was clearly pricing in bigger expectations — namely, the ability to secure larger capital raises at stronger valuations. Instead, doing smaller raises at 22.2p and then again at 18p, and then the failure to deliver the big fish signalled into the EGM led to a re-rating. I’m not sure if that re-rating process has completed, it still has quite a large mNAV that needs GBP liquidity to maintain.

Look at Satsuma $SATS. While I personally don’t like their share structure or how they have gone about things, if their raise ends up being £100m you could be looking at a £700-900m valuation.

Even poor old Vaultz #V3TC and London $BTC are valued in the tens of millions despite appearing to be stranded from significant capital raises and a less impressive calibre of company directors and advisors versus $HAMA #HAMA.

So #HAMA $HAMA at a £13m market cap in this wider context is shooting fish in a barrel to me. It reminds me of buying Coinsilium at 3p with a similar dog shit website and legacy business. Forget the pre-existing small gold development operations, they don’t matter (same way the web development part of $SWC is now only there for regulatory purposes).

My view is that the Qataris have bought this as a ready made LSE shell and have installed their own chairman to now get the ball rolling. With the exception of Satsuma, I look at the rest and I don’t think they have the networking and raising capabilities even in the same league as Shiekh Nayef Bin Eid Al Thani / Nick Thurlow and Art Laffer. I’m very intrigued to see the final two appointments and then the move into capital raising. The sort of sums available in the GCC states is astronomical, and I wonder if they will perhaps try to package this as shariah finance compliant in some way.

When you get in this early even a mediocre series of raises bags you life changing sums.

[James @pullinger_james]

@JacklucasLTD Post on LSE suggesting a chairman interview tomorrow. News, colour or both. #Hama have quite the story to tell. Looking forward to it.

Shameless, lying Ed Miliband has been found out.
The company 'NESO' who published data to support net zero, which Miliband claimed is 'independent', has only one registered person with 'significant control'.
Thas person is ... Ed Miliband.
Ed Miliband must resign.

[James @pullinger_james]

@30ODDSIX @The_Real_Fly $qqq may have this meeting in mind going into close.

[James @pullinger_james]

@maaverix @baroninvestment Imo if it base metal prices get to hot and due to loose monetary policy we will end up back to a place with rising inflation. It appears to me that ALL central banks are at it, not quite what the fed had in mind.
