Beautiful crop of lupin ready to desiccate soon. They survived the heat quite well. They might even do as well as the peas. The peas didn’t like the heat. @RDARAlberta@APGresearch
Don't forget to visit Alberta Crop Diagnostics Day on July 31! Join us in collaboration with Alberta Grains, Alberta Pulse Growers, and Alberta Canola for a field day filled with informative sessions and demonstration plots.

Very thankful for our Saskatchewan friends so we had power through the night!
For those of you that don’t know, without power our furnaces don’t blow, cattle waterers freeze and block heaters don’t heat!

I am now officially a member of the International Lupin Association, aka the Lupin Fan (Fun) club. Fun? Maybe not. But definitely interesting and have a lot of potential. 😉
@dbshepert@APGresearch That’s interesting Don! I too had some yesterday. Mango and Strawberry made by Prolupin, Made with Luv. Add lupin spread, sauce, flakes, yogurt and smoothie. All very good!
Lupins, lupins everywhere in Bocksee, Germany! This crop has so much potential and I am learning so much on how to make this crop successful in Alberta. International Lupin Conference 2023. #ILC2023@APGresearch
June 6 on the Farm. Lupins looking good but really need a drink. 3-4 leaf stage. Field is really clean thanks to Edge application (and dry conditions). Applied metribuzin at 110g/ac, 10 gallons/ac water. @APGresearch@APGExtension@djdavidson66
