Sherbrooke police arrested a man after a resident reported suspicious behaviour on her property in the rue des Coquelicots area.

Police say possible voyeurism and indecent-act charges could follow, and investigators are examining possible links to other cases.

Memphrémagog police say they arrested a suspect Sept. 18 in connection with two reported sexual-contact offences, including one involving a minor near the La Grande-Dame dam in Magog.

Police say no new incidents have been reported since Sept. 3.

New details on the suspicious fire at 168 Fabi Street in Sherbrooke:

Preliminary findings place the point of origin outside the building. About 20 firefighters responded, no injuries were reported, and SPS is investigating.
