yo, meet HALO
A launchpad on Solana where every project gets an AI audit before anyone can trade it. I've been building it for over 2 weeks to make it the right product for both traders and builders on Solana
Too much of Solana is slop: sites spun up in an hour, a "protocol" with no code behind it, docs that repeat the landing page
Traders can't tell what's real, and devs who actually build get lost in the noise
Went so deep into building that I forgot to post
Nobody from the Meteora team got back to me, but after a deep dive into their hooks I have a few ideas that are fully doable. They're going into @HaloLaunchpad
Until then - the latest @HaloLaunchpad post shows what's live
Launching on halo: what you can set for now
The venue:
- Meteora - your own bonding curve, on your terms
- https://t.co/yrb19TOKVf - https://t.co/yrb19TOKVf's curve, SOL pair and fee, graduates to PumpSwap
The kind of coin:
- a project - site, docs and GitHub attached, AI audit, public verdict
- a meme coin - nothing required, no verdict
On Meteora, the terms are yours and fixed at launch:
- pair with SOL or USDC
- trading fee from 1% to 10%, 80% of it to you after Meteora's 20%
- anti-snipe: the fee starts at 10-99% and falls to yours over 30 seconds to 60 minutes
- the whole supply on the curve, nothing set aside for the team
On https://t.co/yrb19TOKVf, 80% of https://t.co/yrb19TOKVf's creator fee goes to you
On both:
- dev buy locked on Streamflow: up to a year of cliff, then weekly releases, two years at most
- the verdict on the coin's page, for everyone to see
Next: @MeteoraAG hooks
Been deep in @MeteoraAG hooks this week for @HaloLaunchpad
Coming from Uniswap v4 on EVM, they feel very limited. On v4 a hook can run custom logic around every swap and every liquidity change. Here the room is much smaller
Trying to figure out why. Is it Solana itself - accounts declared upfront, compute limits, CPI depth? Or a choice Meteora made to keep pools simple and routable?
If anyone from the Meteora team is open to a connect, I'd love to talk it through. I have a few ideas for halo launches that need more than what's there now
Small change of plans for @HaloLaunchpad
halo started as a layer on top of @pumpfun. Then I moved it to a full launchpad on @MeteoraAG DBC.
Now I'm bringing the first idea back as a second option. pumpfun has a huge audience. Walking away from it would be dumb
So at launch you pick: pumpfun or Meteora. Either way, the project goes through the same AI audit
My personal take - Meteora is the stronger format. You set your own fee, the anti-snipe, the pair, the lock on your dev buy. Far more room to customize
That's also where all the work goes. Regular updates and new hooks - all on the Meteora side. pumpfun deploys stay exactly as they are
Final stretch for @HaloLaunchpad
Launches stay closed for a little longer while I polish a few mechanisms. What you'll see at launch is only the base, the plans go much further
Updates on @HaloLaunchpad and here
Halo is no longer a layer on top of @pumpfun. It's a full launchpad on @MeteoraAG DBC
Why? Flexibility. A layer can only do what the platform underneath allows. On DBC every coin gets its own config, so any project can launch the way it actually needs
Built for builders.
Right now, my focus is on Solana. Since everything is revolving around it at the moment, I see a major influx of liquidity, but I also see problems that have persisted on Solana for the past two years.
Jeets, Larps, Slop - that’s Solana.
For example, it’s harder to tackle Jeets due to Solana’s specific characteristics, since hooks are very poorly implemented here, and it’s impossible to implement, say, the Uniswap v4 hook mechanism and influence the tax while meeting the conditions.
Right now, I’m trying to build a product that will help overcome all this dysfunctional “Tech Slop” I want to create a launchpad layer for @pumpfun that includes a built-in AI project checker. Projects will need to submit documentation and a website so the agent can analyze and evaluate them critically yet fairly
I’m confident that if traders focus on cooler technical solutions on Solana, rather than buying yet another broken AI slop, they’ll be able to make money in PVE mode

I'm open to ideas. If you trade every day and there's something you'd want from a launchpad, tell me in the replies
Right now I'm also building a second launch option on @MeteoraAG hooks, so launchers can tune their coins even further

HALO isn't built only for devs. The point is holders: a public verdict, Dev Notes that show what the dev ships, locked supply anyone can check
Devs who build something real get holders who actually care
HALO - the future for projects on Solana
Every verdict answers 10 checks, from "does the site say what the product is" to "does the code do what the site claims" Each is pass, partial, fail or unknown, with one line of evidence
Then a score 0-100 for how much substance stands behind the token
Call yourself software with no code of your own and you can't score above 59. A bare fork counts as no code
Second number: vibe-coded %. Using AI is fine, halo itself runs with Claude help. The number shows how much of the surface was made by pressing a button
Spent the last days teaching halo to read a project before anyone trades it
Launchers give a site, docs and optionally a GitHub repo. The crawler pulls up to 12 pages of the site, 15 of the docs, and the repo's README, file tree, commits and a code sample
Yes, I want to make money on-chain but what’s wrong with that? Yes, I want to build a product that people will need and take my small cut for it.
After more than four years working in the fintech Web2 space, I’ve gained enough experience to finally break away from the company and start building my own project/ecosystem
