Token gated rooms are here, on room creation

- Set a contract address
- Set access to Holders
- Set amount of tokens required to enter the room

Private rooms were also added where only the owner can enter.

Currently room options can only be set on creation, but can also be changed afterwards in future updates!

- Character customisation

- Token gated rooms (It's currently possible to set a CA to a room but the functionality isn't there yet). This can be used to make VIP rooms

- Token gated items, for example a door which you can go through if you hold X amount of token assigned to it. This can be used to make VIP sections to a room
