@Ren310_ Hi! Great question! If you have added on our optional non-insurance wellness add-on Preventive Essentials you can file for reimbursement of select wellness services if provided no more then 14 days before purchase of the plan.
@Richard__Lewis Our claims team is working hard to complete insurance claims as quickly as possible. It is our goal to review your claim within 5 business days of receipt. Claims for pets new to Pumpkin or for new issues, the processing time can be up to 2-4 weeks as we review new info
