I urge people to meet real trans and non-binary people, talk to them, understand them as individuals. Phobias feed on 'othering' people - once you count someone as a friend, phobias melt away. We are all human - this Pride can we try and see others as human.
6. We need to look at societal levers around how we understand infant behaviour and feeding, and work to support parents with normal baby behaviour with honesty and compassion.
3. No one should feel guilty about not breastfeeding.
4. We should have an unbranded affordable unadvertised formula milk available at cost or for free for families who want to or have to use it.
5. We should train our HCPs to support breastfeeding effectively.
I’ll finish with my summary:
1. Research on the health impacts of breastfeeding needs to be addressed at population not individual level.
2. Knowing that breastfeeding is associated with particular outcomes does not help anyone do it.

to sign an open letter in protest at the university’s response to the marking and assessment boycott. These proposals threaten to undermine the integrity of our degrees. Our students deserve better.
