There is zero respect for peoples time, especially those who woke up early in the morning to get the health services which are their constitutional right

@WesternCapeGov it is with great sadness to say the least that the health services in the Mfuleni CC are less to none. Whereby a sickly person who arrived at 5:00 am would be told to go back home at 14:00without being serviced due to network unavailability, after loadshedding.

The manager sat in her office and expected the patients to go to her office for an explanation. The clinic does not have a back up plan when there is no power except to send people back home.

Why would such health service facility not have a generater to start with?. Why arepeople so undermined to such an extent that the clinic manager does not even bother to go to the people and give a proper explation as why there is no manual intervention to provide health service
