We are stranded at the Goa airport since 9pm. The 11pm @airindia flight on 26 dec is now finally scheduled for 7:15 am 27 dec. Not enough water provided even after begging repeatedly.

@airindia According to Mr Santosh the on-duty @airindia Deputy Manager AI697 didn't take off from mumbai to reach goa because the crew flying us was overworked in thier shift. Are these "extraordinary circumstances" or airlines fault?

BTW according to the rules DGCA rules, you are supposed to provide accomodation for 6+ hours delays between 8pm-3am. Any reason why we were not given accommodation?
