Using patients names is a good start, unless they ask otherwise, try asking them other questions about their life, being interested #WeMDT

It has changed the way I think about introduction, making me think that I should fully introduce myself to every patient I meet #WeMDT

@WeNurses I would say it makes it more important, it's a way to connect to the patients quicker and develop a relationship #WeMDT

One major problem is time, within limited time you need to try and make sure you can introduce yourself and start a relationship #WeMDT
