@EmmaKennedy I'm a community nurse and we have so many vacancies within our team. We cannot recruit band 5 nurses 😞 we cannot manage our current caseload - no idea where the government think these extra nurses are coming from.

@DrAmirKhanGP Great to see some appreciation for our services which often feel forgotten. extremly tough time atm with severe staffing shortages and no constraints to caseload numbers - no physical barriers of bed numbers in the community. But we keep going to try and give the best care 🥰

I am so concerned about the use of plastic grass that if anyone on here is considering using it I will give you alternative advice ( free )as to how to landscape without it. If I can stop one square meter being layed it's worth the effort.
