17 days of MUCH needed annual leave - here I come! π€€π΄ Turns out being a nurse and working long shifts (especially wearing a face mask) is a million times harder when you're growing a human at the same time ππ€°πΌ #paedsrocks#annualleave
@PUNCStudentEl @PUNC17Charlotte Aww Ellie β€ You will have so many more positive days in your career and those will always outweigh the tough ones. You're already amazing at what you do!
Today my partner (not a social/ healthcare professional) asked me if we can sit down together to report a safeguarding concern that he has about a child being emotionally abused and I think that's beautiful β€

I posted a #tweetorial on #fever in children recently which seemed well received!

@StNurseProject It depends what it is.. I either just deal with it myself, I read up on it (guidelines etc) or I get help from colleagues (nurses/nurse in charge/drs etc). I will continue to ask questions for a long time I think π you can't know everything. And always reflect on it after!
