On 24 July, all crypto holdings in my @coinhako account were converted to BTC and transferred to an external wallet - without my 2FA approval. Posting this because a licensed MAS Major Payment Institution should not have unauthorised transactions bypassing 2FA @MAS_sg

@MAS_sg is there no regulatory requirement for a financial institution to take accountability - identify the root cause of the problem and take required security measures?

I contacted @coinhako support. They confirmed the transaction but declined to share investigation details or security logs, saying they cannot share my own personal transaction due to security purposes

The receiving wallet address is unverified - not linked to any known/KYC’d identity, per my checks.

@coinhako @shobtc @shobtc support is also saying the same thing - we can’t share information due to security and privacy reasons. So is it true that @coinhako is hacked? You should atleast disclose it to the public to safeguard Singaporeans interests and their hard earned money. @MAS_sg
