With SBI select black card, as per the product brochure we get 10% as cashback for postpaid recharge as well, but i got only 1% and upon reaching out to sbi cards support and their statements are conflicting.
There are two separate service requests running in parallel with the @SBICard_Connect team, but with this kind of answer, i feel this needs to be escalated in the right place.
At first they try to convince me that my spends limit has been breached so I got 1% but when asked to give the transaction details they start saying that I got cashback wrongly for my previous transaction and the MCC code is different, but as per the offering it is covered.

Unable to recharge my Bharat yatra NCMC card through PINE Labs RUPAY NCMC card Top - Up from NCMC recharge section, showing the below error, but the same card is being detected in other platforms like paytm.
