Dear @RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia@Indian_Railways@AshwiniVaishnaw , I travelled yesterday/today in Train No. 12414, Galta Dham Pooja Express, and the train reached its destination around 6.5 hours late. Because of this huge delay, I missed some important commitments. Such delays cause serious inconvenience, financial loss, mental stress, and complete disruption of passengers’ schedules. The biggest issue is not just the delay, but also the lack of proper updates, accountability, and passenger support. When trains are delayed for hours, who compensates passengers for missed work, missed plans, and personal losses? Indian Railways must improve punctuality, real-time communication, and passenger assistance during such long delays. Kindly take this complaint seriously and clarify what action will be taken.
