₹54,282 crore.
Not a rumour. Not an opposition claim.

The CAG’s own report on Union Government accounts for 2024-25.
33,973 utilisation certificates still pending across 15 ministries.
Money released. End-use never certified.
Some certificates pending since 1985-86.
Housing & Urban Affairs alone: over ₹18,000 crore. Higher Education: another ₹14,000+ crore.

This is public money. Taxpayers’ money. Parliament-approved money.
And the government cannot even produce the basic paperwork to show it was spent for the purpose it was meant for.

They lecture the nation on “transparency” and “good governance” while the audit trail for tens of thousands of crores is simply… missing.
When the watchdog flags a ₹54,282 crore hole in accountability, silence is not an option. It’s quite evident that’s it’s premeditated.

This is not a clerical delay. This is systemic opacity.
Citizens have a right to know where their money went.
Or whether it went anywhere at all.

अब 7000 करोड़ एक साल में भी खर्च कर दें तो भी कुछ बदलनेवाला नहीं।

डबल इंजन के आपसी कम्पटीशन में गुरु गुड़ रह गया, चेला शक्कर हो गया… ये बात अलग है कि ज़्यादा मीठे के चक्कर में सब कड़वा हो गया।

अच्छे व्यवहार, अच्छे करम और जन हित के काम से बड़ा कोई और प्रचार नहीं होता है।

इनके अत्याचार, अन्याय, महिलाओं-अधिकारियों-पत्रकारों-प्रोफ़ेसरों से दुर्व्यवहार, दुर्वचन, सजातीय पक्षपात, पीडीए पर प्रहार, ‘हाता नहीं भाता’ के फ़ार्मूल के विस्तार, महा-भ्रष्टाचार के द्रव्य के स्वर्ण-ठोसीकरण, मंदिर चोरी के आरोपियों को दोषपूर्ण SIT से बचाने व प्रतिशोध की राजनीति के कारण घर-मकान-दुकान से लेकर यूनिवर्सिटी तक गिराने जैसी नकारात्मक-संकीर्ण राजनीति के कारणवश इनकी इमेज का एनकाउंटर हो गया है और उसके ऊपर से बुलडोज़र भी गुज़र गया है। इनकी छवि तो बनी नहीं, अधिकारियों के घर-महल ज़रूर बन गये।

जनता पूछ रही है लखनऊ से गोरखपुर कोई डाइरेक्ट ट्रेन है क्या क्योंकि अपने बनाए भाजपाई एक्सप्रेसवे से जाने का जोखिम तो वो उठाएंगे नहीं। ‘एक-दो’ आइटम छोड़कर बाक़ी सब वैध सामान ले जाने के लिए मूवर्स एंड पैकर्स भी तैयार बैठे हैं।

‘प्रचारजीवी’!

जैसे अयोध्या जाने का रिकॉर्ड बनाकर भी अंततः मुख्यमंत्री जी को बदनामी के सिवा कुछ नहीं मिला वैसे ही ‘आत्म-प्रशंसा के झूठे विज्ञापनों पर 2.3 करोड़ प्रतिदिन ख़र्च करके भी मुख्यमंत्री जी को अपयश के सिवा कुछ नहीं मिला।’

लखनऊ के अग्निकांड में अपने बच्चे को खोनेवाली ‘दुखी माँ’ से किये गये मुख्यमंत्री जी के दुर्व्यवहार का वीडियो जब पूरी दुनिया में देखा गया तो लोगों को वो पुराने वीडियो भी याद आ गये जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कोविड के दौरान एक कर्तव्यनिष्ठ ज़िलाधिकारी से अशोभनीय वार्तालाप किया था या फिर एक सत्यनिष्ठ प्रोफ़ेसर साहब व पत्रकार से दुर्वचन कहे थे।

मुख्यमंत्री जी का कार्यकाल सदैव इस रूप में ही इतिहास में दर्ज़ होगा कि इन्हीं के समय में अयोध्या के प्रभुराम जी के मंदिर में ‘चढ़ावा-चंदा-दान’ चोरी हुई थी और आरोपियों को बचाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री जी ने जो दोषपूर्ण SIT बनाई थी, उस पर किसी को विश्वास नहीं था और उसके बाद दिल्ली ने अपनी SIT बनाई थी।

इसके अतिरिक्त विपक्ष पर झूठे मुक़दमे लगाने, बुलडोज़र के दुरुपयोग व झूठे एनकाउंटर से प्रतिशोधात्मक राजनीति करने; पीडीए पर अत्याचार, ‘हाता नहीं भाता’ के घृणास्पद सत्य; लोगों के घर, दुकान व विश्वविद्यालय तक गिराने; भ्रष्टाचार के स्वर्ण-ठोसीकरण, हिरासत में मौतों के रिकार्ड व पुलिस व अन्य प्रशासन के अपराधीकरण के लिए भी मुख्यमंत्री जी का दुशासन काल नकारात्मक रूप से दर्ज़ होगा… और हाँ डबल इंजन की टकराहट की वजह से बिजली, पानी, सड़क जैसी बुनियादी ज़रूरतों की बदहाली के दौर के रूप में भी।

बिना विचार के प्रचार से कुछ हासिल नहीं होता है।

मुख्यमंत्री जी अकेले में बैठकर सचेत होकर सोचें तो उन्हें ये पता चलेगा कि : ‘उनका प्रचार तंत्र ही कर रहा है उनका अंत’

🚨STATEMENT

We are deeply concerned by multiple reports reaching us of students and other protestors being targeted, detained, or arrested by various state agencies, particularly in Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar.

The Cockroach Janta Party had called off its nationwide protest only after the Government of India assured us that no punitive action would be taken against any protestor, either now or in the future, in any BJP-ruled or NDA-ruled states. The reports emerging from these states are therefore a matter of grave concern.

First, we wish to assure every protestor that our legal team is already coordinating with brilliant lawyers in the concerned states to secure the release of those detained and to extend all possible legal assistance. This has been happening from Day 1.

Second, we call upon the Government of India, particularly @JPNadda ji and @DrJitendraSingh ji, to immediately honour the assurance given to us by ensuring the release of those detained and by directing that no coercive or retaliatory action is taken against any protestor anywhere in the country. The FIRs registered ought to be withdrawn too.

The Government of India is also reminded of its commitment to furnish us the written guarantee in this regard by tomorrow, Tuesday, 28 July 2026.

Our decision to suspend the nationwide protest was taken in good faith and solely on the basis of the government’s assurance that it would stand by its word. Any departure from that assurance would not merely amount to a breach of trust with the Cockroach Janta Party but would also be a breach of public trust with lakhs of young Indians who chose dialogue over protests.

Such breach of trust will be completely unacceptable to the youth.

The Government of India is reminded that it derives credibility not from just making a promise, but from the promises they honour.

To the young protestors we say, hold on. We are with you. The CJP continues to closely monitor the situation and expects the Government of India and all BJP/NDA state governments to act with utmost urgency, responsibility, and good faith that the present circumstances demand. We demand that all detainees/arrestees be released immediately, and in any case by tomorrow, and that all FIRs be withdrawn immediately, failing which we shall take further necessary steps.
