Northwest's Ethan Smith won the B-4 district meet at 16:18.57, helping the Vikings finish second with 34 points. Norris won with 32 points.
Jaxon Cushing was 3rd at 16:28.40, while Joe Sutherland was 13th at 17:47.72.
