@SwiggyCares I placed an order. It was not delivered for 2 hours. I raised a ticket with customer service. They kept me on hold for 1 hour trying to fix it. Then they cancelled the order. I was offered a compensation which was later denied. 3 hours i had to wait. Without any resolution. Help!
