Reinier Rodriguez-Hernandez entered the United States illegally through Del Rio, Texas.
Last month, police in Albuquerque, N.M., arrested him on three counts of credit card fraud and one count of larceny. ICE immediately issued a detainer with Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center, but officials there refused to honor it.
👉Because local officials in New Mexico’s lone sanctuary jurisdiction refused to honor the detainer, ICE had to deploy a team into the neighborhood and arrest him in the local area at-large.
ROOTING OUT ILLEGAL ALIEN FRAUD.
@TheJusticeDept has charged 15 suspects – 11 illegal aliens and four U.S. citizens – for their roles in a more than $1.4 million fraud scheme uncovered by @HSI_HQ’s Document and Benefit Fraud Task Force.
After these 11 criminal illegal aliens face justice, they will be swiftly removed from our country so they can NEVER defraud American taxpayers again.
LONG ISLAND RAPE: Aureliano Antonio Melendez Reyes, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, has been charged with raping a 16-YEAR-OLD GIRL.
The assault happened while the girl was walking home. After she refused to give Reyes her number, he forced her into an alley and assaulted her.
This sexual predator NEVER should have been in our country and able to prey on this innocent girl. @GovKathyHochul and her fellow sanctuary politicians must NOT RELEASE this monster and turn him over to @ICEgov.
#EXCLUSIVE It’s not just who @ICEgov is arresting—it’s who ICE is removing—Here are removal details of who the agency considers the “Worst of the Worst.”
ICE says criminal illegal immigrants convicted of crimes ranging from child sexual assault and drug offenses to murder were among those removed from the United States during the week ending June 12th.
“ICE protects the American public by removing as many dangerous and violent criminals as we possibly can,” said @ICEgovERO Executive Associate Director Marcos Charles.
According to the agency, nearly 900,000 illegal immigrants have been removed or returned since January 20, 2025. ICE also says roughly 70% of those arrested have criminal histories in the U.S.
This is the most harrowing story ever.
This guy is a multi-billionaire.
His insane wife STOLE $80 billion dollars from him.
She then divorced him.
When the courts got involved, when they tried to FIND up the money
But she had no record of where the money went.
She “lost” it.
Actually, that story is a lie.
Our multi-billionaire guy? He is YOU.
The wife? She is the federal government.
You see, this story is actually about this federal government program called 340B.
It costs $80 billion yearly.
The problem with it is, the entire program doesn’t have to show where any of the money it gets from taxpayers actually goes.
It’s estimated that this program added $23 billion to employer healthcare costs in 12 months.
This is what happens when programs have no accountability:
They get bigger and more costly, you get the bill.
This isn't about ending the 340B program.
It's about making sure it actually works for American patients.
Major reform is needed.
A 71-year-old Laurel County man has been arrested following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The Electronic Crime Branch arrested William Curry on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Today, @SECWAR inducted Major James Capers Jr., Colonel John Ripley, and Major Nicholas Dockery into the Pentagon Hall of Heroes.
Their courage, sacrifice, and warrior spirit will forever be honored by the Nation they served.
Five people face federal charges following a massive months-long ICE @HSINewark-led @HSTFNCC investigation.

The charges are part of a larger operation involving a complex narcotics and firearms trafficking ring spanning Ohio and New Jersey.
Firearms, including those pictured, and massive amounts of dangerous drugs are out of the local communities as a result of the operation.
This operation is part of the HSTF initiative established by @POTUS to eliminate criminal cartels, foreign gangs, transnational criminal organizations, and human smuggling and trafficking rings operating in the United States and abroad.
The Constitution demands that the @CivilRights Division dismantle DEI nonsense, such as the CA Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Program. Americans have the right to be treated as individuals based on merit, not checkboxes for quotas. @TheJusticeDept is on it!
