I'm calling @TELUS every few months because they don't honour the agreements they made not because I'm enjoying this. This is brutal and exhausting. Which other big company treats their loyal customers this way? Many others also stating this is going on. Check forums on #telus

I was told because @telus did not honour a previous agreement, the customer service agent gave me a 6 month promotion. Well, that promotion did not get applied either. I called back and they're not honouring it, not believing me. Accusing me of constantly calling in. #telus

Ever since @TELUS has outsourced their customer service it's been a huge struggle to get decent customer care. Their agents make agreements then pretend they never did or give the runaround. I've had to call every few months as my bill fluctuates drastically.#telus
