@KRL_defi_@PORTCITYPROSPEC I hear a lot of athletes saying this and I keep thinking “well no 💩, yes after taxes and agent fees, NFLPA dues etc, you probably working with 60% of your guaranteed money. But that’s still life changing money. You’re just wasting it on BS 🤷🏾♂️
I still am struggling to wrap my head around the fact this is actually happening…
Don’t care what your political views are, EVERYONE should be absolutely embarrassed & ashamed that this is happening at the Lincoln Memorial & White House. What a joke.
@JewBearish@ClubShayShay@neiltyson 2 basketballs can definitely fit thru a rim at the same time. The surface area comment I’m not so sure about either because if a rim’s surface area was 4 times a basketball’s, then why couldnt 3 basketball’s fit thru a rim at the same time?
@gabriella_15401@thesadgamecock You’re right, Bama could cap or eliminate NIL altogether. Their football teams would be crappy. They would cease to be profitable. Then do they just scrap the program? Therefore…not sustainable
@Nfldraftregs@JakeBequette91 Correct. And the players have a union and negotiate the rules through collective bargaining. Thats what makes it LEGAL. Until the NCAA does the same and stop trying to force rules on athletes, it won’t hold up in court
@CapitolKVD This is the same thing I’ve been saying. If it is unsustainable for the school’s financially (which I agree with) but why aren’t coaches & administrators’ pay reform part of the “fix”?
@MUSICANDBUILDS False. I’m 50, grew up on hip hop and Jay Z is a GOAT. But so are Rakim, LL Cool J, KRS One, and the culture has moved on from that style. This is like a MJ vs LBJ argument but they are playing right now and MJ is 60
@wthomassports@TideRecruits101 It’s not sustainable. But the answer isn’t to force rules on college athletes without their input or buy in, while there are no reforms for anyone else. How about if a coach is fired after 3 yrs then the remainder of their contract is void. Since the colleges are so broke
