I've been thinking a LOT more about the @wearejpegfrens Workshop coming November 13th, and honestly... I don't think we're bullish enough yet 👀🔥

We're about to get a place where we can swap existing traits on our BASE FRENS for BRAND NEW, EXCLUSIVE traits.

And this isn't just a one-time thing. We're talking ongoing trait drops paired with collabs from all across the space. 🤯

I see TWO HUGE opportunities here:

1. EXCLUSIVE TRAITS = MORE DESIRABILITY 👀

Imagine swapping out a common trait for something much rarer... or even landing a potential 1/1 trait.

If certain traits become highly sought after, could we see a whole new level of value and desirability for the Frens that have them? 👀💎

2. COLLABS = EXPOSURE 🚀

Never underestimate the power of getting in front of new audiences.

We've already seen collabs with @AdamWeitsman, @Tma_420, and @0xAlphaGEMs, just to name a few.

Now imagine more influential builders, artists, and big names from across the space putting their own touch on exclusive Fren traits.

The exposure alone could be HUGE. 🔥

We still don't know exactly how access to the Workshop will work, but I'm beyond excited to see what's revealed over the coming weeks. 👀

🤝 A community of holders with an incredible core of collectors, artists, builders, and degens.

⚙️ Our first Burn & Forge event.
Over 1,000 Frens gone forever.
New Rares, Legendaries, and Grails entered the collection.

🎨 An evolving collection where the art doesn't stop at mint.

🇵🇹 JPEG Frens became an official sponsor of NFC Summit 2027.
We're taking our community to Lisbon, with our own dedicated space right in the heart of the event and a whole experience being built around it.

And the next chapter is about to start.

Let’s be real — most people buying NFTs want to make money.

So today I want to explain why I believe JPEG FRENs has a VERY interesting setup from an investment standpoint 👀

The biggest thing people are overlooking?

THE FORGE.

One of the simplest ways an NFT collection moves higher is when buyers continuously sweep the floor.

JPEG FRENs has built a mechanic that actually ENCOURAGES that behavior.

With the leaderboard system, collectors are incentivized to accumulate FRENs to secure guaranteed opportunities at Rares, Legendaries, and Grails during each Forge.

That creates competition.

Competition creates sweeps.

Sweeps thin the floor.

And the Forge itself permanently reduces supply.

That combination is extremely interesting to me.

We already saw a glimpse of it before the first Forge snapshot when the floor ran to roughly $27 before settling back around $17.

To me, that proves the mechanic can create demand.

The bigger question is what happens after multiple Forges when the supply becomes significantly thinner.

Could we see a seesaw effect?

Forge 1:
$17 → $27 → $17

Forge 2:
Maybe $20s → $30+ → settles higher

Forge 3:
Maybe another step up...

Obviously nobody knows exactly how this plays out, but I believe there's a real possibility each Forge slowly establishes a higher floor as supply disappears and collectors compete for leaderboard positions.

And that's WITHOUT considering everything else being built like the workshop and many things that have been hinted at👀

There's also so much else to be bullish about:

Short-term price action doesn't determine long-term potential.

But the deeper I dig into JPEG FRENs, the more convinced I become that there's something VERY special being built here.
