It's easy to get swept up in life, racing to seize opportunities and balancing responsibilities. Saying yes to every invitation can lead to burnout. Setting boundaries isn’t just saying no when you’re stressed— it’s also saying yes to your well-being.
Put yourself first,
Pup
When you close your eyes, you enter your own headspace— a sanctuary amidst the midterm mayhem. Pup would like to remind you to take some well-deserved mental breaks and take a deep breath. Remember that self-care is an important component for success!
Sending luck your way,
Pup
Concluding our self-sabotage series, we address the self-victimizer. In tough times, we may victimize ourselves and villainize others to cope. This defense mechanism harms us and those around us, but awareness sparks change. Remember, you're capable of overcoming life's hurdles.
The absolute thinker often has an all-or-nothing mindset. It could be challenging to find a midpoint between the highs and lows. Acknowledging extreme labeling could help move towards a healthier, more flexible mindset!
Embrace the good, bad, and everything in between, Pup
Self-sabotage series part two: the perfectionist. Perfectionists never feel satisfied and set overly ambitious goals that ultimately lead to burnout. Try asking: 1) What's your goal? 2) Why do you fixate on minor details? Learning to embrace criticism can foster self-growth.
Self-sabotage series part one: the procrastinator. Try refreshing your mind by changing locations when facing neglected responsibilities. Refrain tackling difficult tasks when less motivated, as this can discourage us further.
Sending you a virtual boost of motivation,
Pup
Mistakes lower self-esteem and lead to self-sabotage. We have potential and should identify negative self-talk, and engage in exciting activities to boost esteem. Don't strive for perfection; mistakes are inevitable and valuable markers of growth.
Let your potential shine,
Pup

Pup
Unwanted experiences can drag us into a spiral of negativity, supressing the highlights of our day. It can be hard to balance the highs and lows but take a deep breath and practice self-care. A healthy mindset can be achieved with a new outlook each day.
You have the power,
Pup
