@qatarairways@qrsupport I did but for now I only have a generic message no solution offered. Not nice way to react. Look like Qatar only wish to get a clean public image but still don’t care about customer.

My flight from Lyon to Doha has been cancelled. The only alternatives offered are:
1.Taking a 3-hour train to depart from Paris, followed by a much longer flight.
2.Cancelling the ticket for a refund, with no additional compensation.
astounding.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. I expect a proper resolution, not just an inconvenience passed onto the customer. Please advise how you plan to address this situation.

Neither option is acceptable. If I were to book the same Lyon-Doha flight today with another airline, it would cost me €1,500 more than what I paid four months ago. I have spent over three hours on the phone with customer service, and the lack of concern for passengers is
