Heaven’s lack of experience was exploited yesterday. McBurnie had him on toast.

Felt he was caught in no man’s land quite often and easily beaten in most of his duals.

The ceiling is high but days like yesterday are very much expected.

Yoro/Heaven are the only two that seem to have the base level of athleticism for the style that Carrick wants to impose on the opposition.

Both players have serious flaws though & that’s still expected for two young defenders learning their trade.

My major concern with United is the lack of authority when defending or attacking crosses.

Maguire, Yoro & Heaven are all big lads but they’re far from dominant.

De Ligt is probably our best player in the air now that Casemiro is gone but he’s made from dandelions.
