@Reeves_TLV I immediately wanted to text you last night after watching this Oscar nominated short to tell you I love you. I'm sorry if I ever dismissed an attempt on your part to show me you cared or demanded your attention at an inconvenient time. https://t.co/mM5LfXOZDG
This is your gentle reminder that one time in the Bible Elijah was like “God, I’m so mad! I want to die!” so God said “Here’s some food. Why don’t you have a nap?” So Elijah slept, ate, & decided things weren't so bad. Never underestimate the spiritual power of a nap & a snack.
I find it ironic that Mary and Joseph fled to Egypt to save their son from the genocide of a paranoid King Herod as it was the very place where an entire generation of Jewish sons were slaughtered because they threatened Pharaoh’s control. If that isn’t redemption, then what is?
Okay, “Christmas with a View” has to be the worst Christmas movie ever. It’s basically clean version of “The Room” with a couple of famous people set in the mountains at Christmas: bad script, bad acting, awkwardly long scenes, redundant stock footage, cut corners, and more.
*Watches "A Very Murray Christmas" and thinks, "Maya Rudolf should be in this and Jason Schwartzman, 'cause, duh."* And BAM! It's like I'm prophetic or something. Either that or I just watch too many films by Sofia Coppola and with Bill Murray.
I just watched "Christmas Inheritance" on Netflix. Can someone explain why they have the main character wear such skimpy clothes in December? She's from NEW YORK. It's not like they don't know how to dress for the snow there. Find some other way to ostracize her. #fail
I called 911 for the first time in my life last night. I'm glad that the operator was quick to answer and sent out officers in less than five minutes. I wish I could have provided a better description of what I saw in the brief moment I turned a curve or felt safe enough to stay.
